ARE YOU AN EDMONTON AREA CAT RESCUE? Apply for a chance to receive donations from our 2025 event!

The Edmonton International Cat Festival is now accepting donation recipient applications.

If you are an Edmonton-area cat-related rescue or non-profit organization who would like an opportunity to become a 2025 Cat Festival Donation Recipient, applications are open! The application deadline is Feb 24, 2025.

Since 2014, we’ve been able to donate $170,000 to a number of local rescues—helping cats in need.

We can’t wait to raise even more money to support rescues this 2025!

Since 2014, the festival has donated $170,000 to local cat rescues!

NOTE: Submitting an application does NOT guarantee you will receive a donation.

A selection committee will determine donation recipients based on specific criteria.

The selected donation recipient(s) will be announced in March 2025.

Rescues who are not selected may still be invited to participate in the May 31, 2025.

Get Tickets to the Edmonton Cat Festival!

The 2025 in-person event will be held at MacEwan University Robbins Health Learning Centre in Downtown Edmonton, AB from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Caturday, May 31, 2025.

There will be cat vendors, CATivities, cat presentations, celebrity cat meet & greets, and so meowch more! We’ll have a fur-tastic line-up of cat-themed everything for all cat lovers to enjoy. Pre-purrchase your tickets at a discounted rate!
