We are excited to announce that a date has been confirmed for the 2015 Edmonton International Cat Festival!

The 2nd annual Edmonton International Cat Festival will take place at the NAIT Gym (11762 106 Street) and be bigger and better than ever!
100% of proceeds raised from ticket sales, sponsorship, and additional donations will be given directly to organizations that help cats – including the Edmonton Humane Society, Little Cats Lost, and SAFE Team Rescue. In addition this year, we’d like to extend the invitation to any other cat-related local rescue to come and have a booth at the event to raise awareness for your organization and adopt out some of your cats.
Returning to this year’s Cat Festival:
- Cat vendors (cat toys, accessories, books, clothes, jewelry, and more!)
- Presentations on various cat-related topics
- Cat videos
- Cat videos and photo contest
- Cat face painting and kids cat crafts (CATivities)
New to this year’s Cat Festival:
- We’re bringing in a ‘celebrity cat’ and its owner
- Mini cat show (courtesy of the Edmonton Cat Fanciers Club)
- Cat clothing (on people) contest
- More opportunities to adopt cats (from various rescues)
… and more!
We’re still in the early stages of planning but will be working to confirm new festival festivities in the coming months.
