As part of the Caturday, May 30 Edmonton International Cat Festival: Online Edition, celebrity adventure cat Great Grams of Gary (who has over 200,000 followers on Instagram!) will be doing virtual “Meet & Greet Photo Op-PURR-tunities” with fans!
Only 20 limited spots are available for Gary fans to come on screen during the Edmonton Cat Festival: Online Edition to say hello and take a photo (screenshot image) side-by-side with Gary, LIVE as he adventures through the Canadian Rocky Meowntains! Meet & greet tickets are just $10 and 100% will be donated to Little Cats Lost, ARTS Senior Animal Rescue and SCARS Second Chance Animal Rescue.
Please note this virtual “Meet & Greet” ticket is separate from the festival ticket.
You will need a festival ticket (also $10) to attend the event and Gary’s livestream session in order to take part in the meet and greet. Your festival ticket gets you access to 7 hours of back-to-back and simultaneous cat PURR-gramming on May 30! Live sessions + replays.
How the virtual photo op works:
From approximately 1:45-2 p.m. on May 30, 2020 (the last 15 minutes of Gary’s livestream kayak and Q&A in the Canadian Rocky Meowntains), Gary’s fans who purchased virtual Meet & Greet tickets will be brought on screen one by one for a hello and photo (screenshot image) side-by-side with Gary.
Festival organizers will take a screenshot and send to Meet & Greet ticket holders the image following the virtual event and you’re also welcome to take your own screenshots. Each person will have about 1 minute or less for their Meet & Greet (to say hello and take the photo/screenshot).
You will need either a computer with a webcam or a phone camera, and Internet access, plus a festival ticket AND Gary Meet & Greet ticket, in order to participate in the livestream festival and meet & greet. Check livestream requirements and browser compatibility at this link.
