  • What makes a good cat sitter?
  • What should you be telling your cat sitter?
  • What happens if you’re cat sitting a cat who hates you?

Brittney will be sharing some of her interesting adventures in cat sitting, how to handle different cat temperaments, things to keep in mind when hiring a cat sitter, and more!

Let’s make some cat crafts! Join Cat Festival Committee Member Samantha in the creation of some ameowzing cat crafts. Just watch Samantha show you how to make the crafts and try it at a later date—or grab supplies beforehand to follow along live! 

Cat Craft Supplies

  • Origami Jumping Cat – 21x21cm (8x8inch) piece of paper and a pen. Extra paper on the side to make a tail is optional. (Thanks to Hello Origami for the inspiration!)
  • Paper Bag Cats – Brown paper bag, white and coloured card stock or construction paper, scissors, glue stick, and printed cat template via Simple Everyday Mom.

In this session hosted by Cat Festival Founder Linda Hoang, you’re invited to come on screen to show off your cat, tell us your cat’s name, age, breed, what kind of things your cat likes to do, funny quirks, interesting points about its personality, reasons why you love your cat, and meow-re!
