The Edmonton International Cat Festival is now accepting applications from local cat rescues wanting to receive donations from our 2024 event!
If you are an Edmonton-area cat-related rescue or non-profit organization who would like an opportunity to become a 2024 Cat Festival Donation Recipient, applications are open! The application deadline is Feb 19, 2024.
Since 2014, we’ve been able to donate $146,000 to a number of local rescues—helping cats in need.

Since 2014, the festival has donated $146,000 to local cat rescues!
NOTE: Submitting an application does NOT guarantee you will receive a donation.
A selection committee will determine donation recipients based on specific criteria.
The selected donation recipient(s) will be announced in March 2024.
Rescues who are not selected may still be invited to participate in the 2024 in-purrson event.
Caturday, May 25, 2024 is our 10-year Anniversary Celebration and Biggest In-Purrson Pawty since 2019 (before the pandemic).
It’s going to be AMEOWZING!
We expected thousands of cat lovers to attend!
