At this year’s Edmonton International Cat Festival, we are thrilled to announce the return of the popular ‘Cats On Your Mat’ Cat Yoga presented by the Edmonton Humane Society!
What do cats and yogis have in common? They both love to stretch! And now they can stretch together: Introducing the Edmonton Humane Society’s Cat Yoga Class. This beginner yoga class is not only healthy and fun, it also helps to socialize and enrich the lives of the shelter cats, as well as, encourages adoption by showing the cats awesome personalities by interacting with them.
On Saturday, May 26, as part of festival programming, the Edmonton Humane Society will be running two cat yoga sessions, from 11:30-12:30 p.m. and 1:30-2:30 p.m.
Classes take place in Room 9-208 (Upstairs – Atrium) of the Robbins Health Learning Centre at 10910 104 Ave.
